Shipping Policies.

Policy information

As a responsible company to our customers and consumers, we are responsible for your shipment from the moment it arrives at our facilities, located at 11350 NW 25TH ST STE 100, Locker 8253, Doral, Florida 33172.

If the package has not arrived at our warehouse, because it is not under our control, we cannot provide tracking or take responsibility for orders that have not yet arrived at our Miami warehouse, or for items that arrive damaged during the delivery process by the seller or courier.

We promise to inform you if your package arrives at our Miami warehouse with any visible damage.

Basic Shipping Policies

The customer agrees to follow up with the seller and the courier until the item arrives at our warehouse.
The customer agrees to provide purchase invoices if required for customs declaration.
The customer agrees to request a written quote for items costing more than $1,000 and to provide the information required for customs processing.
The customer agrees to inform ROG BOX EXPRESS immediately if any item has been received damaged or in a state of total loss, providing the necessary evidence or opening the package at the premises or location where the delivery transaction is completed.

Policy on illegal items.

The customer agrees NOT to use our services to attempt or ship illegal items or cargo that are outside the scope of any regulation or law in Costa Rica or any other country through which the package or shipment transits.
In the event of a violation of this policy, the customer is legally responsible for any potential issues and assumes full liability. The customer also releases ROG BOX EXPRESS, its business partners, or anyone involved in the process from any liability.
Restricted items that require a special permit or specific license must be consulted with the company in advance for assessment and review by our customs specialists. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible if the shipped item cannot be processed or requires additional fees or special processing.
